My Self-Reflection

In my volunteer period I know how can I communication with the special needs and administration about many thinks like the class and how we organization between us and the students. I thing I will not take any benefits from volunteer inside the ZHO, but I was wrong , and I collect a huge benefits and good thinks in my life . We visit the ZHO two times on the week around two hours in each. Our boss was a woman called Fatima Al-Hamli , she was a good boss, she care about us , she stand us with the time of coming and leaving ,and also she lead as into the work shop. I hope to work with it again as soon as possible , because I want to see the special needs and help them .

I learned through the experiences how can I control my angry , not to be in a nerves situation , and to get a short time for relax between the work time. I learned to respect the time and every single minute is important to my experiences. The important thinks is I understand the people situation and feeling for special needs from the kids to the adults and care about behaviors that they do it and ask them why. Sometimes there were a thinks upsets them like he need to go to the bathroom or he’s hungry .  

My volunteer make my day with a lot of organized, I do a beautiful time table with them, really I like them too much.

If I have the choice where can I work in future , I will choose them.

Interview

Her is our interview, we ask the teacher about how do they work and do this. He explain to us about the three level, and he say first we teach them how to use the hammer and but the screw into the object. Then they but to them line to guide them to but the screw into the line to make it good and have a nice design. And then he show us some of them work in his phone.

I n the second day from the second week , we also went to the same work shop .
But in that day the student had a trip to somewhere and we didn't take to much time with them.

On the second week , we visit Electronic work shop , for two day.We spent a good time with the special needs and with the teacher .
I was in amazement case from the disabled and what they do inside the work shop .
They do something I think we can't do it like them .
Also they are chairs with the teacher .

Second day in ZHO

We saw the morning assembly and morning exercises , then the students went to there classes together with straight lane .. everyone go to different workshop with his section .
There are many section in the ZHO , and we visit Shavings section, the place can the student make some tables and chairs and something like that.

On my first day in the volunteer when I went to ZHO , I surprised from them .. about how this people fight with life. Every time I was thinking how this people fight to live.

We take a round in the foundation ,met group of teachers and thank him to support  the students ,
also we saw the classes and workshops .

Dilemma 2

Your company has a firm policy regarding cases of theft of company property. Used company equipment is on a table to be sold by bid each month. You see a valued  employee who is 2 months from retirement slip an electric drill from the table and put it in his car before the day of the sale.
what so you do ?



1- what is the dilemma?
the dilemma is one of the employee steal or theft the drill before the day of the sale.

2- what are the option ?
* remove him from work
*say the issue to his boss
*tell him about the problem , the steal risks and waring him to return what he took.

3- what would you do ? decision.
return the drill to his place and I will remove him from work , also I will say to the employment what he do and what is my reaction to let them know the hazard of steal something from poblic property.

4- what is the moral basis of your choise ? why would you make this decision?
My moral basis is to teach the employment the secretariat and let them know Im on the straight line and evryone are reflects his ethics.

Dilemma 1

Two young  men brothers, had got into serious trouble. They were secretly leaving town in a hurry and needed money . Karl, the older one, broke into a store and stole a thousand dollars. Bob, the younger one, went to a retied old man who was known to help people in town . He told the man that he was very sick and that he needed a thousand dollars to pay for an operation . Bob asked the old man to lend him the money and promised that he would pay him back when he recovered. Really Bob wasn’t sick at all , and he had no intention of paying the man back . Although the old man didn’t know Bob very well , he lent him the money . So Bob and Karl skipped town , each with a thousand dollars.

1-    Cheating like Bob.

    - Because Bob exploitation the old man feeling .

2-    I believe that Bob used merciful of old man .

-Because he didn’t steal his money he steal his felling.

3-    The man should keep the promise due to one day he will need a help from people .

4-    Yes

-         Be flexible from ethics keep promises between people and also you will feel comfortable.

5-    Because, the steal still wrong and it will effect the community or society.

6-    It’s the important rights that give the person all rights on some things .

7-    Yes

-         Because the law is the parent is of all of us , everyone should follow his parents .
